Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams
• Experience in Growth, Business Development, or Business Intelligence with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills for data processing and strategic action proposal
• Proficiency in Office software; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
