Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Development Specialist to manage the proposal process and content for RFx responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Growth team and Senior leadership to develop winning proposals
• Project manage the RFP process from content gathering to final submission and presentation
• Ensure compliance with bid requirements and maintain the proposal content library

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2+ years of experience in RFx/proposal creation and persuasive business writing
• Experience with proposal management software, preferably Responsive
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/training
• Preferred formal proposal industry training certification (e.g., APMP Certification)
