Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for new business acquisition and client account expansion
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and customer organization to exceed revenue and retention targets
- Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships with executives and decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, sales development, or client account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Experience in leading and mentoring a sales or sales development team
- Skilled in using data and analytics to manage performance and define strategy
- Deep understanding of the mortgage lending industry or related technology is preferred
