A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager: Paid Search & Social.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy, setup, and management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns for direct-to-consumer acquisition
- Manage six-figure monthly budgets, optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV)
- Collaborate with creative teams to test high-performing ad copy and assets while monitoring performance and sharing insights with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media for a direct-to-consumer brand
- Proven success in optimizing monthly budgets of $100K+ with measurable impact on CAC and revenue
- Experience with creative testing programs and analytical marketing metrics
- Working knowledge of attribution platforms and event tracking setup
