Key Responsibilities

- Oversee management of external digital marketing agencies and ensure performance alignment
- Develop and implement test-and-learn approaches for ad formats and bidding strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing large-scale paid social advertising
- Deep understanding of automated bidding strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is advantageous
- Experience in leading agency relationships
