Guam Licensed Security Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Security Operations Lead, GSN.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee extensive security programs for cable landing stations, including physical, personnel, and cybersecurity
• Lead identification, prioritization, and remediation of system vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments and threat analyses
• Build and maintain an intelligence plan to collect, analyze, and disseminate information on threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• Experience with government intelligence, financial systems, or telecommunications networking security operations
• 7 years of experience in security management, including 5 years in critical infrastructure protection (preferred)
• Knowledge of security regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and crisis management skills
