Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative intake and rescheduling of members
- Coordinate requests for mental health services with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
- Process referrals and prior authorizations, assisting clinical staff with documentation and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
