Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Applied AI Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy and build a high-performing AI Center of Excellence
• Drive applied research in AI technologies and create processes for scaling AI innovations
• Establish governance frameworks for AI in healthcare and collaborate with various teams to validate AI models

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record in building and scaling AI capabilities within healthcare or regulated industries
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including large language models and predictive analytics
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead top AI talent
