A company is looking for a Head of Auto Collections to lead operations across the delinquency lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategy and define auto collections vision in collaboration with leadership
• Oversee daily collections operations and ensure compliance and efficiency
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in auto collections

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in consumer auto finance collections
• 5+ years in a leadership role with successful collections strategy implementation
• Deep knowledge of auto collections and regulatory requirements
• Experience leveraging automation and digital strategies in collections
• Bachelor's degree preferred
