Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business programs and IT to provide technical solutions
• Analyze and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; BA Certifications and/or PMP is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in onboarding self-funded clients or implementing products in Multi-employer Trust or Health Plan Administration
• Good knowledge of Eligibility and Enrollments, Administration of Plans, and Benefits
• Experience with SFTP and EDI X12 transactions is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools like JIRA and MS Project
