Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate data to identify and solve business problems related to healthcare costs and utilization
• Develop and improve quantitative data analytics and set performance targets
• Lead a team in identifying areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as epidemiology, biostatistics, or health economics
• 2+ years of programming experience with SAS and/or SQL
• Experience with data reporting and analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills
