A company is looking for a Healthcare Outreach Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate care coordination efforts and manage scheduling for multiple service lines
- Provide member education and support customer care initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and document all member interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or medical certification preferred
- Previous call center and/or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is preferred
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, especially Excel
