Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to remote end-users for a variety of technical issues
  • Identify issues and recommend long-term strategies for hardware/software needs
  • Configure hardware for new employees and manage repairs/replacements of old equipment
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in an IT environment preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and PC troubleshooting/setup
  • Strong knowledge of MS Exchange server, VPN, firewall, and security protocols for LAN and WAN
