Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to remote end-users for a variety of technical issues
- Identify issues and recommend long-term strategies for hardware/software needs
- Configure hardware for new employees and manage repairs/replacements of old equipment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in an IT environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of Windows and PC troubleshooting/setup
- Strong knowledge of MS Exchange server, VPN, firewall, and security protocols for LAN and WAN
