Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Coach (VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat between coaching sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in finance management and coaching
• Desire to develop coaching skills from existing people leadership experience
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
• Experience in a dynamic startup environment is preferred
