IFS 7 Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFS 7 Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support by acting as a point of contact for inquiries, guidance, and training on the IFS system
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor application availability, manage incidents and service requests, and support system maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP - IFS 7 or later versions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the IFS system
• Understanding of ITIL processes related to Incident Management and Service Request Management
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and concepts
• Business expertise in manufacturing processes supported by the IFS system
