About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Inbound Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our B2B marketing initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading our inbound marketing efforts across PPC, content strategy, SEO, and lead generation. If you have a track record of delivering measurable results through organic and paid channels, driving cross-functional teams, and continuously optimizing marketing funnels, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a holistic B2B inbound marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of specialists across PPC, SEO, content, and marketing automation.
  • Set clear KPIs and manage team performance through regular reviews and goal-setting.

PPC & Paid Media

  • Oversee paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B networks.
  • Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
  • Drive MQLs and SQLs through optimized paid channel strategies.

Content Marketing

  • Direct the content calendar and strategy across formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages).
    Ensure content aligns with each stage of the buyer’s journey and contributes to organic traffic and conversion goals.
    Collaborate with internal/external writers and designers to deliver high-quality assets.

SEO & Organic Growth

  •  Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead flow.
     Monitor performance through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    Ensure technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO best practices are implemented.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Analyze full-funnel performance and identify areas of improvement.
    Create regular reports and dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
    Continuously test and optimize campaigns and processes based on data insights.

Must-Have

●      5+ years of experience in B2B digital/inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

●      Deep expertise in managing PPC, SEO, and content marketing strategies.

●      Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

●      Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).

●      Excellent project management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

●      Experience working in B2B environment.

●      Familiarity with CRO and user journey mapping.

Previous success in scaling inbound lead generation efforts.
