Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to enhance customer experience during the implementation phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase and guide them through onboarding activities
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve integration challenges and provide technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Identify areas for process improvement and document workflows, contributing to the development of best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or business analysis
- Deep understanding of systems and operations with B2B products
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or logistics/transportation systems preferred
- Self-motivated and action-driven, with the ability to take initiative and execute tasks effectively
