Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the implementation phase of the customer journey and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation processes and project plans, ensuring accountability and timely achievement of milestones
• Support customers with data exchange and system setup, collaborating with internal teams for effective communication
• Identify gaps in the implementation process and drive improvements while fostering a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in implementation and/or project management, particularly in complex SaaS environments
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup, preferably in health tech or healthcare operations
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects and successful client implementations
• Experience with SaaS configuration, including integrations and APIs
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Asana
