A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage product implementation projects from sale to service delivery hand-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the product implementation project, ensuring timelines and tasks are tracked
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate client communication during the implementation process
- Configure administration systems and collect necessary setup data from clients and brokers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Implementations or a similar role in Third-Party Administration or Healthcare
- Knowledge of the benefits industry, particularly pre-tax benefits and COBRA
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
