Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead (LatAm - Colombia).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a dedicated sales team in Colombia, setting goals and evaluating performance
- Qualify inbound leads through outbound calls, SMS, email, and other tools
- Manage and own personal and team pipelines while becoming a product expert
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of phone sales experience in an inside sales or outbound sales role
- Residency in Colombia
- Prior experience as a Team Lead and People Manager is preferred
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales, particularly with small business clients
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
