A company is looking for a Director of Sales Incentive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all aspects of the Sales Compensation program, collaborating with various departments
- Lead the compensation component of the annual planning process, including quota development and plan administration
- Oversee commission forecasting, payment processing, and conduct ongoing analytics and reporting for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation, preferably in a software organization
- Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Strong understanding of global business complexities
- Experience with incentive compensation management systems; prior Xactly administration is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate directives into tactical initiatives
