Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Incentive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the Sales Compensation program, collaborating with various departments
  • Lead the compensation component of the annual planning process, including quota development and plan administration
  • Oversee commission forecasting, payment processing, and conduct ongoing analytics and reporting for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation, preferably in a software organization
  • Bachelor's degree required, with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Strong understanding of global business complexities
  • Experience with incentive compensation management systems; prior Xactly administration is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate directives into tactical initiatives
