Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AWS Business Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key business organizations to drive results for the AWS Business Group
• Refine existing processes and collaborate with teams across the organization for growth with AWS
• Drive sales excellence to achieve AWS-Pluralsight revenue goals and motivate sales team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in Partnerships and Indirect Channels, with over 10 years focused on AWS
• Proven track record of growing businesses with AWS to over $100M
• Strong enterprise, SaaS, and PaaS technical sales experience with measurable success
• Excellent business operations skills, including forecasting and pipeline management
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
