A company is looking for a Sales Trainer/Revenue Enablement professional to train and coach sales professionals to drive team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials tailored to the needs of different sales teams
- Onboard new sales team members and facilitate product and sales training sessions
- Monitor sales representatives' performance and provide ongoing coaching for development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes
- Previous experience in a sales training role for SDRs, AEs, or call center sales professionals
