Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utility applications, rebate reservations, and SREC/VPP enrollment
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and performance reviews
• Build and lead a team of rebates and interconnection specialists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in solar system design and engineering
• Demonstrated solar sales skills and results
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience in a high-growth environment with a process-driven mindset
