Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Revenue Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processing and renewal lifecycle
- Build and execute QA processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with Finance and AR teams on late payment procedures and revenue assurance processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Accounts Receivable (AR)
- HubSpot certification with hands-on experience in property management and workflows
- Experience creating SOPs or process documentation, ideally using Confluence or similar tools
- Familiarity with customer renewals, sales lifecycles, and SaaS metrics is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
