Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to assist pet parents with insurance needs in a virtual call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries via email, chat, and phone to sell pet insurance policies
• Optimize time and resources to consistently meet sales goals
• Build rapport with potential customers and maintain strong product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Active Property and Casualty insurance license in home state required prior to hire
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Capability to obtain licenses for all 50 states as a condition of employment
