Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Sales Excellence strategy to drive performance across the global sales team
- Establish performance metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee the rollout of sales tools and processes that enhance selling effectiveness and streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA required; Master's or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Excellence roles within global B2B organizations
- Strong background in sales process design and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales technology platforms
- Experience managing change across complex organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
