Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, send emails/texts, prospect on social media, and conduct follow-ups to connect with new leads

- Manage and organize the pipeline in the CRM and schedule calls with closers or conduct demos
Qualifications
- 1+ years of outbound or commission-based sales experience
- Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and follow up consistently
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and a team-first attitude
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
