A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the LVG sales team
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programs, including training and onboarding materials
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement
- Experience in a high-growth or dynamic environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Passion for process design and driving operational excellence
