A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager / Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Strategic Partner Managers, coaching on deal strategy and execution
- Own and nurture strategic relationships with high-stakes partners, including executive alignment and joint planning
- Define and operationalize partner strategy, building joint business plans and tracking revenue impact
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, or B2B sales leadership
- Experience leading and scaling teams of senior individual contributors or partner managers
- Proven ability to close $1M+ deals and manage complex, long-cycle partnerships
- Background in AI, cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or NLP platforms
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and knowledge management systems
