Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a sales team to maximize performance within the Federal sector
- Drive sales excellence and implement effective sales processes and methodologies
- Manage territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in FSI/Aerospace & Defense within software/SaaS
- Proven experience in building successful sales teams
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies
- Experience in territory planning and resource allocation
