A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP), Employer Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting HR and benefits leaders
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, and contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in HR/Benefits sales
- Strong domain knowledge in employee benefits, health tech, or insurance
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex sales cycles
- Existing relationships with brokers, consultants, and HR leaders
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tech stack
