General Lines P&C Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls/emails from agents or prospects to consult on coverage needs and sell insurance
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups to close sales and overcome objections
• Educate clients on insurance products, determine eligibility, and bind coverage after collecting necessary data

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
• General Lines P&C license and prior commercial sales experience preferred
• Three or more years of related work experience, with a minimum of 12 months successful sales experience
• Prefer participation in professional insurance coursework
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for sales processes
