Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development DoD (TS/SCI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end capture efforts from opportunity identification through RFP response
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and act as the primary liaison
• Track and report on pipeline, win rates, and key performance indicators while owning a $5M annual quota

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in government business development and capture management
• Proven success in securing government contracts and navigating complex proposal processes
• Deep understanding of DoD and Intel procurement processes
