Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales Operations strategies and tactical plans to achieve growth targets for the International Business
• Act as a lead for collaborative communication and performance management through robust analytics
• Analyze business requirements and operational processes to improve sales operations and drive synergies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering
• 8 - 10 years of experience in the medical device industry or similar regulated environment
• Proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience implementing and supporting large-scale Salesforce solutions
• Strong background in GDPR, HIPAA, and compliance requirements
