Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Community Outreach Representative to promote healthcare options to the 65+ community.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the Senior Care Options Program and its benefits to the 65+ MassHealth populations
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals through various outreach and sales activities
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and maintain lead tracking for sales activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience required; experience in selling Medicare Advantage products preferred
• Experience in community-based sales and marketing is desirable
• Must have a current, active Health Producer license for Massachusetts or agreement to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Bilingual skills are required, with preference for Albanian, Russian, or Hindi
