A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Strategist for the Sales & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training resources and programs to enhance customer retention, adoption, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex information for Customer Success teams
- Manage continuous education programs and identify skill gaps for Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4+ years of experience in customer success, enablement, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in creating and delivering training through live and e-learning methods
- Proven track record of driving organization-wide projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems for e-learning development is preferred
- Proficiency in a Content Management System, such as Highspot, Showpad, or Seismic
