Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage hospital executives and workforce leaders through targeted outreach
- Qualify and nurture prospects, booking meetings for senior business development leads
- Manage pipeline data within HubSpot CRM and support business development campaigns and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or communications, preferably in healthcare or education
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong research and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
