Job Summary
A company is looking for an SDR Manager to lead and develop a sales development team while driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of SDRs, refining outreach strategies and driving performance
- Research and develop relationships with strategic health plan partners to enhance outreach efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Ops to align systems and messaging
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales development leadership or manager role
- Proven track record of team performance and personal quota attainment
- Understanding of the employer benefits space and/or health plan industry preferred
- Experience with health plan ASO, channel, or strategic partnerships is a major plus
- Highly organized with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
