Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Mandarin Speaking (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from various marketing channels and report on customer behavior and user experience
• Qualify incoming inquiries from parents and students, ensuring accurate data management in Salesforce
• Establish and maintain positive customer interactions and relationships while scheduling meetings with Academic Advisors

Required Qualifications

• Native or proficient in Mandarin
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience in Chinese marketing platforms and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in the education sector or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
