Sales Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Sales Consultant responsible for supporting the sales team in acquiring new customers and expanding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a BPaaS expert related to Workday Benefits Administration, Payroll, Tax & Garnishment Administration, and Accounts Payable Administration Services
• Lead functional and process-related discussions alongside the Sales Account Executive
• Contribute knowledge in response to RFI/RFP documents and incorporate value-selling processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a pre-sales or consulting role
• Detailed knowledge of administrative tasks related to payroll, tax & garnishments, benefits, and AP automation
• General knowledge of Accounts Payable Processing
• Familiarity with Workday HR & Payroll technology is a plus
