Instructional Design Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Coordinator to support the development of technical training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences
• Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
