Instructional Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ISD Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles
• Manage a team of instructional designers, providing mentorship and quality assurance oversight
• Conduct learning needs assessments and audience analysis to inform design strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
