Instructional Design Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Supervisor, Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Instructional Designers, including onboarding new hires
• Lead the design and development of courses and digital curriculum assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve problems in content development while fostering an inclusive and innovative team environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 1+ years of management experience with direct reports
• Proficiency in various authoring tools and experience with multiple LMSs
• Experience managing a team responsible for creating interactive materials and multimedia in an educational setting
