Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer and Curriculum Developer - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training programs focused on automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and sales processes
• Facilitate engaging training sessions in person and through virtual and blended learning formats for adult learners
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and implement targeted learning strategies to drive performance outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or related roles, ideally within in-dealership automotive
• Experience with Finance & Insurance products
