Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and enhance training materials for various learning formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative instructor-led and eLearning training materials to achieve defined learning outcomes
- Enhance learning solutions with multimedia elements to boost engagement and comprehension
- Research and produce detailed course content using adult learning principles and maintain existing training content in the LMS
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Experience in developing training for technical or specialized industries, preferably in media production
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards for digital learning
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as OSHA and ANSI is preferred
