Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strategic compliance training programs for the Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs organization
• Analyzes training performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the Knowledge Management system
• Communicates and supports the launch of training programs across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years' experience in instructional design
• 5+ years' experience in designing various training content formats
• 3+ years' experience in developing eLearning content using authoring tools
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred
