Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and deliver engaging training programs for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content, including videos, virtual training, eLearning modules, and job aids
• Facilitate interactive training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze needs and translate complex concepts into clear instruction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing instructional content and facilitating training sessions
• Experience in a SaaS company is preferred
• Proficiency in multimedia production tools and familiarity with learning management systems
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
