A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conceptualize training design and content
- Develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments, following company standards
- Conduct meetings with SMEs for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with technical writing and task analysis
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to manage multiple development efforts simultaneously
