Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conceptualize training design and content
• Develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments, following company standards
• Conduct meetings with SMEs for content review and validation, incorporating feedback into deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with technical writing and task analysis
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to manage multiple development efforts simultaneously
