Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier transitions and manage risks during the contract separation process
• Lead sourcing initiatives across various indirect categories and negotiate new agreements
• Design a scalable procurement framework, including governance, processes, and systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, particularly in indirect categories
• Hands-on experience with M&A, divestitures, or contract separation projects
• Strong skills in supplier management, negotiation, and procurement system design
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CPSM, MCIPS) are a plus
